►DAZYDESTASH orders ship once a week, on Tuesdays.
►We are happy to combine shipping costs for purchases made on our website and Instagram sales! If you have already paid shipping on an invoice from our Instagram sales, and your order has not yet shipped, please direct message us on Instagram for a coupon code to use at checkout.
►Orders placed within the USA come with a tracking number. First Class Domestic shipments usually arrive within 2-6 days. USPS does not guarantee delivery date with First Class Domestic but it is generally pretty efficient. I offer a Priority Mail Domestic shipping upgrade, which has a delivery window of 1-3 days after item is postmarked.
►I ship internationally! First Class International shipping does not include a tracking number. Estimated delivery is 10-21 business days depending on customs, your location, and the weather. USPS does not guarantee a delivery date with First Class International. I offer a Priority Mail International shipping upgrade, which includes a tracking number and reduces delivery time to 6-10 days.
►Please confirm your address is correct at checkout before completing the order. This is essential, as PayPal’s Buyer and Seller protections are voided if an order is sent to an address not listed at checkout. If you accidentally check out with the wrong address, I will refund your order in full and you will need to check out again with the correct address. I will not make adjustments to the address manually. DAZYDESTASH is not responsible for incorrect addresses resulting in delivery to wrong address. If your package is returned to DAZYDESTASH after a failed delivery attempt, I will issue an invoice for shipping cost and then re-ship once payment is received.
►I am happy to ship a gift purchase directly to the recipient! Simply fill out the recipient’s name and full address into the shipping address field at checkout. Orders sent as gifts will be packaged as such, therefore will not include receipts or invoices in package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
►All DAZYDESTASH sales are final. I do not accept returns.
►Items can only be returned if damaged or faulty. In the event that any items arrive damaged or faulty, DAZYDESTASH should be notified within 72 hours of delivery. In the event of a return, buyer is responsible for mailing items back to DAZYDESTASH. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Buyer must take return to post office and get a receipt in order to get a tracking number as proof of return. DAZYDESTASH is not responsible for untracked returns that are lost in the mail. Refund will be issued once return merchandise is received.
